A militant carnivore, I will eat anything and everything (and encourage others to do the same!). My passion for food goes beyond cooking and hovers dangerously close to what some would consider the domain of agriculture. To me growing and rearing food, harvesting and butchering it, and most certainly cooking and eating it, is all part of the same process. When I am not growing, cooking or eating food, I am thinking about it. This blog is not an attempt to put together eloquently recipes, stories and reviews (sure there will be plenty of that) - it is far simpler. These are the ramblings of a self-confessed foodie.
